1 red & 1 purple case ordered, received 2 black cases. This is the 3rd time Punkcase customer service has gotten it wrong. The cases were sent back. The correct ones are 2-3 weeks on back order. I only put up with the customer svc because the product is excellent

Waiting for its arrival. Little frustrated that you put the value before sale price on customs so I have to pay more in duty. You said value $135 when I paid less than $80.

I ordered these earbuds quite some time ago and I haven't even got a reply on when they're going to send them out. They've been prepaid for and I've been waiting. Are they in yet?? Did someone mabye forget?
