please note that we can only process returns for merchandise purchased at punkcaseca.com. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

We are bound by customs authorities to state your order's value on your package or packages. The customer is responsible for all of the applicable taxes, fees, customs, import duties, and all other charges, regardless of whether you reject any or all shipments on delivery.
